The Wicklander-Zulawski methodology is the international benchmark in non-confrontational investigative interviewing. It was developed more than forty years ago in the United States, around a simple but powerful conviction: the most accurate information comes from listening, not from pressure. Today it is used in over sixty countries by companies, law enforcement agencies, auditors, HR teams and security professionals who need to conduct sensitive interviews with rigour, empathy and respect for the person being interviewed.

 

As the partner for Spain, our role is to bring this training to the local market, adapting decades of international experience to the legal and cultural context of this country. We believe the way an organisation conducts an internal interview, whether about a suspected fraud, a workplace conflict or a harassment complaint, says a great deal about how it treats its people.
